Gail-you are great for doing all this work! Thanks for your efforts!

Thank goodness, no children for them. I warned everyone no pregnancies, adoptions or anything this year if they wanted to cruise!
(Good thing I have the ol' Franklin Planner to help me with all of these dates!)
What are you looking forward to the most? Having my DH spend his first Christmas Day with his 3 kids since he was divorced from 1st wife in 1987.
Where do you live? Well, we live in Salt Lake City. The #1 daughter lives in a place called Ephraim, Utah which is about 2 hours southeast of Salt Lake. The others live in St. George, Utah, which is in the southern most part of the state (and just about 1-1/2 hours before Vegas if driving the interstate). Salt Lake to St. George about 3 1/2 hours drive time.
When did you book this cruise? Well, I personally booked the cruise for everyone on December 18th when no one ever told me what they wanted for Christmas. Then I surprised everyone by giving them their Christmas gift (in January) by having to unscramble letters from an envelope. Each envelope had a date and what was happening that day on the ship (i.e. AT SEA,
CASTAWAY CAY, ANTIGUA). Then they were all put up in order on the wall and then I gave them each an envelope with their stateroom assignment, and a picture of the ship with the itinerary (thanks to Mary, I cut and pasted from her website to come up with it) and they opened the envelopes and ta-da found out what their present was. They about fell on the floor! Then on Jan. 18, I converted the DH, me and Jamie's reservation to DVC points so the DH didn't freak about the cost. To this day, he still hasn't asked what this is costing, and I haven't told.
Why did you pick this cruise? Well, I love Disney cruises and my DH has always said that he never gets Christmas. Ever since the divorce in '87 the kids always had to spend Christmas with their mother (or she'd be alone-playing the sympathy card with the kids) or once they were married they started alternating between in-laws and mother. DH said numerous times over the last 13 years, why do I never get Christmas (to me, not to kids). So I figured, what better way to have the kids spend Christmas with their dad. So of course, about the first thing out of their mouths was "It's mom's Christmas for 2004"..........after a few minutes of deliberations (or should I say more like seconds)......they finally figured it out....."Who says mom gets Christmas every other year anyway?" and "Who made the rule that we alternated?" and "Dad has never had Christmas with us."........I told kids they would need to decide, but that was our present to them....a Disney Christmas Cruise for 2004. Of course, kids had no problem deciding, they broke the news to mom that day that they weren't spending Christmas 2004 with her. She was upset, but I think she is over it by now. The kids told her they would buy her an airplane ticket to Oklahoma and she could go to her brother's for Christmas. (We will see what happens there.) DH said, well you know, she is getting better, maybe she could come and stay with Rob and Jess in their stateroom. I said "Over my dead body." We are paying for this cruise and I am not going to share with her and I am not going to be watching over my shoulder the whole 10 days. This is HIS CHRISTMAS with HIS KIDS!
Anyway, that's my long story. I personally can't wait to see all the Christmas decorations on the ship, meet all my new Dis friends, and make a gingerbread house with the grandkids (hopefully they will still have this activity).
See......I told you I had a long story here!

(We need someone to create a smilie with Christmas decorations or something and I am computer illiterate)
