I sent this to the mailing list but decided to echo it hear as well.

We are getting close to our minum goal of 25 adults. It's still close and there are many of you that have showed interest but I haven't heard from since.

There are others that have shown an interest and confirmed but haven't advised that payment is on the way. This REALLY helps me in my planning so if you want to / plan to come, please let me know how you are paying.

We have emailed, posted and the thread, and even private messaged many of you requesting a head count and payment method.

I have given two payment options for convenience. PayPal and check. Either way, the deadline for head counts AND most importantly, PAYMENTS, is March 16th. I am expected to sign the contract for the hall on the 17th but am worried that if we wait that long it may get booked and we will have nowhere to go again. UGG! That would NOT be good after we have gotten this far.

So, again, I ask that you contact me with a confirmed head count and how and when you will be paying.

Sounds so cool, count us in! I'm nervous about meeting everyone though, I'm REALLY shy! But I'm excited...all the WDW talk!

It's safe to say, that we will all be meeting for the first time. Off of these boards, I am a very shy and quiet person myself until I get to know someone. Don't worry, I'm sure you will be just fine.

I agree. I don't feel comfortable in new situations but knowing we are all in the same situation makes it easier. It really should be fun.
