20040530 - NE Ohio DISmeet - Sunday May 30th - PICNIC--INDEXED

It's time again for the annual DISmeet picnic at our home in the suburbs of Cleveland. This will be the 4th annual Memorial Day picnic and I can hardly wait to fire up the old Weber grill (which is currently buried under a foot of snow) and grill hot dogs and hamburgers for my favorite group of Disney fanatics.

We will provide hot dogs, burgers, fixin's, chips, and soft drinks. The picnic will begin at noon and will keep going until the last guest decides that they've had enough fun.

Featured again at this year's picnic will be the worldwide debut of Barry Hom's fantastic DISmeet 2003 video. Barry has captured the fun and festivities of several DISmeets that occurred last year and we are honored to be selected as the site of the premiere showing of his masterpiece.

Everyone is encouraged to bring their Disney items (pins, photos, scrapbooks, etc) to share with friends.

FYI - Cindy B just sent me a PM regarding her success at getting a motel in Macedonia using priceline:

We just got the Country Inn and Suites in Macedonia on Priceline for $40. I'm not sure who else is wanting to go, but we did a 2.5, Macedonia/Twinsburg, at $40 and got it.

If you decide to use priceline to get a room, make sure to specify the Macedonia/Twinsburg area so that you'll be close to the action. Congrats Cindy and family on your success. See you next month.
