20 % DC discount at Tubbies for the "food shop" area ?

There seems to be a great DC discount at the Swan & Dolphin resorts - 20 % off food
(except for Shula's Steak House).

There is a small food shopping area at Tubbies - qt. of milk or juice, bread, snacks...

Can I get the DC 20% discount on those items too ?
Or is the DC 20% discount for dining in (prepared foods) only ?
