Park Tickets are not included in the price of these points.
I will assist in setting up Disney's Magical express if you are flying into MCO.
We will also assist in adding the Disney dining plan if you choose to purchase it.

Looking for 2 bedroom at Beach Club Villas for August 9-16 for 9 people (all over age 2) for 350 points. I spoke to Disney and they said they would accommodate up to 9 people, but not offer additional bedding. Could you check availability for me? Also, do you charge a paypal fee?

Yes, we'll use a standard rental agreement used for DVC points. Several are available to cut and paste from the Disboard. I would want a deposit via PayPal to make the reservation, there would be a minor fee you'd pay to them for that, it's like 2-3%. Once that is deposited, I'd make your reservation. The balance would be due with a signed rental agreement within. If you've rented before, you understand cancellations wouldn't be accepted, however, I would make a good faith attempt to re-rent, but your initial deposit would be kept, plus any loss incurred by me if I rented the points for less.

Travel insurance, Park tickets, and Disney dining plans are not included in the point price.

The balance would be due immediately along with a signed contract. These points have only been posted for less than 24 hours and there's too many of them involved in your request to tie up until 30 days prior to August 9th. Waiting that long for me to collect would put my points at risk.

Yep. with arrival date, number of nights, and departure date.

Anything Disney would make available to me would be provided to you in writing or via e-mail.
