20/30/40 pin? then called and said 40 on all

I had a 20/30/40 pin and when I called tonight the cm told me it was 40% off all. But when she quoted the price it was a little higher than last time? When I asked her she said it was because of the tax. Do you really think I got 40% off or was she wrong?I tried to break down numbers and it it doesn't seem right.

Do your dates overlap 'seasons' and at first glance you weren't accounting for extra costs? Also isn't the tax almost 13% -it sure does push the bottom line up a little kwim?

I believe they are also charging more on Saturday and Sunday nights now. There are a lot of factors to look into here.
