20/30/40 finally...BUT

Did what the boards suggested on 3 email accounts and one of them finally got the 20/30/40 pin code....yea, right? So when travel agent tried to apply, it is not good at Beach Club where we are planning to stay!! Offered Boardwalk at discount instead. So bummed! I was so excited for the savings to make it affordable, and then WHAM, SO SORRY, NOT VALID FOR YOUR PLANS.

C'mon Disney, send me some pixie dust I can use.

Beach Club is probably full for your dates and doesn't need discounts to fill rooms, Boardwalk does.

Are you flexible with the dates that you were planning to stay at the Beach Club? ... sometimes by just changing a few dates around, a room eligible for a pin discount to be applied becomes available (only a certain number of rooms are set aside per resort that a discount can be used for) ... if you still can't get the Beach Club, did you try the Yacht Club, which is also a nice place to stay? ... otherwise, I have also stayed at the Boardwalk and was quite pleased ... IMO the BC, YC or BWI are all great places to stay ...

I agree - try to change your dates around a bit if you can. BC might just be booked for the particular dates your agent tried. Some of those PIN codes have a link to follow where you can check resorts online. I do it that way and then call to make the actual reservation.

I know BC was filling up FAST for June. DVC was filled, but took a shot as online I could get a CRO BCV to show avail but the CM said there weren't any BCV left that could be used w/the PIN. I ended up HAVING to book a deluxe club room. I'd never book such an expensive room even w/a code but I had to take one for the team.
