2 weeks, 2 sets of BFF's, 1 incredibly lucky family! New PTR Link is up on last page!

After watching one of my favorite shows at Disney, we headed down to town square to wait for the parade.. along the way we saw these new guys!

We even had time for a group shot..... Really wish Jack remembered we were at the happiest place on earth!!

When we finally got to town square I decided to avoid the after parade rush and go see Rapunzel right then... The line was long and sucked lol We ended up missing the parade, and I texted Bob to go ahead and do rides while we finished up in here.. Jophia were tired so they left, I missed saying good night to them as well

Although we missed parade, rapunzel and flynn were amazing and really worth the wait!

Uhm... imagine my DELIGHT when I saw not only my favorite princess Snow White but her Prince as well!! I just about died.. and was totally red in the face!

OK, in case you have not met Flynn and Rapunzel yet, do so! This was so fun! He was absolutely amazing and really made the wait worth it!

How AMAZING is he?? He made our night!

After Kayla and I left the meet n' greet we snuck in mommy daughter shot

We then headed over to space mountain and got on with no wait Bob and Jack were on Buzz

I know you can't really see her, but shes funny!

According to my iphone pics and notes, we also snuck on Peter Pan I'm sure I had to do it, prolly no line, and noo Jack, so we went for it! We were the last riders for that night We also got as much candy as possible and then met back up on main street.

I also stopped in a few stores to buy the MNSSHP pins! I dont have pics.. doh!

I do however have this awesome family shot of us, and my favorite trip pic!

Holy cow, Jack was smiling! Woot! That one is blown up and hun in my living room!

After that shot we headed back to the boat... what a disaster! the monorail wasnt running so every one was at the boat!

We were alll exhausted as you can see! we didn't end up getting back to our resort until 2 am!

Although exhausted, we had a blast and Bob loved his first ever WDW party!

Next up- Out of this world training = waking up at the butt crack = not a great idea if you didn't get home until 2 am night before

I left you off with sleepy sleepy people and I'm starting you off with sleepy sleepy people LOL

Today we were up SUPER early! We wanted to get to DHS for rope drop. Earlier in the trip we had promised Jack that he could do the Jedi training academy.... too bad our days were booked and the only day we had open was the day after MNSSHP.. doh!


We all got up, and got to DHS on time! Once in Jack and I went straight to where you ine up to sign up while Bob and Kayla booked it to the closest entrance to TSMMM. They were going to grab us FP's while I signed Jack up.. smart, right? this winded up being a super smart idea!

While in line the park opened up, we were told to follow this one guy in a single file, but that was an awful idea. Bad show Disney! Peopel were cutting left and right. Some of the people even went the wrong way, I stopped a few to say hey you're going the wrong way!

We got to the sound and stage studio and winded up being 1st in line.. not sure how that happened! I signed him up and was able to get a time slot that worked best for us

We then met back up with Bob and Kayla, who had great luck with the TSMM fp's!

We decided that we would ride the great movie ride!

Can you believe I had never been on it, neither had the kids.. can't recall if Bob had, but I think he had.

When we were in line a CM was sitting in one of the cars and got scolded... part of the act? Idk, seemed real lol.

I recall waiting a very long time before the ride actually took off. It was very different than what i thought it would be, but we loved it!

We headed to TSMM after that to see how long the stand by was and it was TOO LONG! We opted to see Voyage of the Little Mermaid instead! Bob had never been, and I like it

We decided to check out Art of Animation after this, and checked out the character lines, but they were long and nothing new to us. We shopped a bit and then got a text that Jophia had arrived!

We finished up our shopping , found our stroller in the stroller sea and headed over to Sci-Fi Cafe for our early ADR. We shopped in ABC Commissary while Bob checked us in.

I have NO NOTES after this point for the whole trip.. yikes! So forgive my poor memory and lack of detail or made up detail for your pleasure lol

I do recall it being a mess in Sci-Fi, very unorganized with check in and waiting..annoyingly so. I also remember it was hotter than a mofo that day! I also remember being hungry.. not sure what we ate that morning, I have no notes!

LOVE this shot! Joe always makes the best picture faces, him and Bob were meant to be friends!

The menu was different than what All ears had posted.. it had just changed over

OK, tip, if you eat here, or for any dark places in Disney, use your iphone and then use instagram or another camera that has filters. It allows to lighten pics and actually gets great shots without being obnoxious with your flash! you're welcome!

Ha, thats all I got! I recall HATING our waiter. For some reason he made simple things much harder than they should be, and made me feel like I was asking for something for free when I already paid for it.. weird.

Jack and I scarfed down our food and then had to book it over to the sound stage, it was almost time for him to fight the dark side~!

I left Jophi, Kayla and Bob to pay the bill and told them to meet us next to Star Tours.

We got there and Jack was first in line again! He was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited. It was out of control!

Then she showed up

She would be the trainer, and was pretty funny and almost too sarcastic to the kids! i loved it!

Shes got the moves like VADER

She then called the padawans up

She proceeded to teach them how to be a jedi and use their lightsabers....

Then the dark and scary Vader came out! Jack so badly wanted to just leave and join the dark side, I could tell! Much to Bobs dismay at that!

each child then got to go one on one with Vader, Jack was a bit too rough lol He was taking this so serious!

Darth was defeated and the padawans were now official Jedis! yay!

look at the look of accomplishment on his face! I think this may have very well been the best moment of his 5 year old life lol

So a few notes about this whole experience

1) We will def try to fit this into our next trip. If you have time, and have a star wars obsessed child like I do, do yourself the favor and make the time for it!
2) OMG, it was HOT out, and there is no shade where this goes on! Poor characters! Poor spectators!
3) Kudos to Disney for offering this as a free experience. they could easily charge for this, and I would have paid! Jack loved every second of it, and I loved watching him!

Next up- some rides with Jophia then a last night surprise!

I was bummed to miss it, but happy for new character experiences! I never did get to meet Princess Tiana this trip

Well, lets face it, if you're looking for great food and service it is not going to be at Sci-Fi, however, the atmosphere makes it an awesome not to be missed experience!

we left off with my newly trained Jedi son. Ready to face the dark we hopped on Star Tours of course!

I really can't explain how much more I love this ride now! Bravo on the renovations Disney!

After this, it was time for us to try a new show, Indiana Jones! Now, I have seen it as a child, so has Bob, but neither of my kids have! I could never seem to fit it in!

The guy at the end, picked from the audience had me cracking up! He was a super fembot, and made the show super funny!

I remember it being hot too, but this show held Jack's attention!

After the show, Jophia wanted to call it a day, the heat was brutal folks, Idk if we can tell you this enough!

This was our last full day, so we said our goodbyes and headed over to RNR and TSMM for one more ride!

After this it was time to head to MK, I just have to go there my last day, and tonight was my favorite ADR, CRT! OK, when I say favorite, I really mean, it's NOT my favorite anymore, but it always was, and now it makes me sad that they yucked it up so much, but I am dumb and keep going for nostalgia!

So we hopped in the van and away we went....

When we got to MK , it was just about time for our ADR. I was excited to go again, as our breakfast was a huge bust with that super bad fight Bob and I had. Time for a re-do.

The free pic you get is super cute... if I had energy I would scan it.. but just imagine us all happy

So the food was not great, despite the menu change. Not awful, but just meh. The characters however were great tonight, and my favorite gave my Jack special attention

The cheese plate for my app- lets just say, its not like the Cali Grill one!

This made my heart attack!

Next up Was aurora

Then our meals arrived. I will point out that the chef was AMAZING about Jack's allergies!

I got the beef dish with duchess potatos.. it was just alright. They could really stand to hire a sauce maker.

Bob had the new stuffed chicken dish.. it was meh

Jacks super awesome meal, made especially by chef

and I have NO pics of Kaylas meal....

but next up was Arielle

and then Belle.. no clue what she was telling Kayla in this first pic, but I recall loving her!

So, although the food is not great, the characters were. However, this is no longer a must do for me I say that with a heavy heart!

With THAT said, going to try making it our new must do breakfast. I just love the atmosphere, and pray that they fix the menu. In 2005 it was the best food I had ever eaten in my life, and I would love for that to happen again... I won't hold my breath though!

Next up- a sweet surprise and galactic heros are we!
