I have a sit and stand stroller (I bought specifically for the trip) and 2 small umbrella strollers. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old going. I'm worried that the 4 year old will hate the sit and stand stroller because he will constantly be in the back looking and my legs. I decided to take our 2 umbrella strollers that way if one of us needs to take one of the kids back to the resort (for whatever reason) the other can stay with the other kid and not have to carry/drag him around :) I will be going with my husband, mother in law, father in law, me and my two kids. There will be times we separate correct?

Thanks for any stroller tips! :)

I'm planning to do 2 singles instead of a double too. I think one might qualify as a stroller-as-wheelchair and then the littles won't be kicking each other. Not so much of an issue with a sit n stand, but I agree with your decision.

When my kids were at that age, I always went with a double. In your case, worst case scenario, if you split up - the 4 year old walks! A 4 year old doesn't need to be confined to a stroller.

We got these things at babies r us that allow you to attach the two strollers together, FYI.

Good umbrella strollers or cheap ones?

Last trip our daughter was 4 and son 1.5. Our daughter walked most of the time even though we had a comfortable double for her.

If your umbrellas are good (reclining comfy easy to push) I'd use the singles. If they are cheap ones I take the sit and stand.
