I used a TA to book two adjoining staterooms for an Alaska cruise next summer. My travel agent says I have to create a new Disney account in order to access the second stateroom.
How can that be correct? Is there really no way to book two staterooms under my existing Disney account or the same login?
Based on what the TA says, to book excursions, Palo, etc. I will have to log in to my account and book for those of us in stateroom one, then log out, log into the new account and try to book the same things at the same time for the people in stateroom 2. This sounds like a nightmare and a recipe for half of us not getting to go on the same excursions. Or sit separately at Palo.
Any suggestions? Is there really no way to have two staterooms on ONE reservation? (And yes, the TA is from DU.)
