Is there a way to increase the likelihood of staying in the same room? I had a garden view room at POFQ for 11/10-11/15 and I was able to score a room from 11/7-11/10 at POFQ garden view just now. I reserved these using my PIN code, and there is no availability showing the entire time together. Obviously, ew'd prefer to not move for the time we are there, but from what I understand, it is not a guarantee. Any advice?

I would call and ask them to note that the 2 confirmations are for the same party in the same resort on successive days. We have been in the same situation a few times and stayed in the same room. When I made our Sept. '16 POFQ reservations for 2 rooms for myself, dd and grands, the CM asked if she could request a "travel with" for me on our reservations. I appreciated her attentiveness to our situation.

We had the same situation and they were able to keep us in the same room for our entire stay, we didn't even let them know.

So should we call like 4 days before? Then also mention at check in?

I would call now. Tell the CM you want to link the 2 reservations, with a request to stay in the same room. When you check in for the first reservation, tell the CM you have a continuing reservation and would like to keep the same room if possible. It's not guaranteed you won't have to move, but they will do everything they can to accommodate you :).

Thanks! I swear I'm not this helpless in my day to day life. Disney does it to me, lol.
