2 rooms at Pop - both in my name

Two families traveling together, both rooms in my name because I will have AAA to get the discount. We will arrive 3 hrs. before the other family. Can I check in for both rooms so when they arrive we can just give them their keys, unload luggage and go?

They don't care about being able to charge to their room so that isn't an issue. I can pay for their room on my cc and they will pay me. Can I do this?

In November we met my niece, her husband and son there. Though we are from the same area in FL, DD11 and I decided to go up a day early and stay the first night at CR. The next morning I arrived at ASMo at about 10:30am, my niece was still about 2 hours away. I was able to check-in for both rooms (yes, the rooms were in my name) I told the CM that my niece's family was not there yet and that I wasn't sure if we would be in the parks when she arrived. The CM told me they could hold my niece's keys and parking pass, that my niece would just have to come to Guest services, show her ID and she would be given everything she needed.

It was a wonderful vacation. I hadn't been to Disney with my niece since she was 9 about 15 years ago.
