2 Rm Ressie in my name,Niece coming later

We are actually going up a day early. DD11 and I are staying at the CR one night before we switch to ASMovies. Its my great Nephew's 4th B-day and we are hoping to stay in Buzz Lightyear building. We will check-in to ASMo about 11am but niece and her family won't be there til later in the day. How should we work this?

1. Have her call my cell when she is getting off the turnpike that way no matter which park we are in we can meet her at the resort.

2. Just ask check-in to keep her room keys and she will pick them up when she gets there.


Her and her family are already listed as staying with us. Their own room of course.

First I would ask the resort what they usually do in this case.
See if you can plan this a head of time. If not ask at the desk when you get there and call he to let her know what the plan will be.
