2 Park Power Pass and CityWalk

Does the 2PPP include CW and if not can I buy a 2-day or 5-day or Annual CW pass? I'm only doing 2 days this trip but when I go back in Jan or Feb that trip will be mostly US/IOA/CW. Just LOVE those AP's!!
