2 expiring points, would anyone buy these or do I just let them fizzle?

Yes, members do transfer points among themselves and,while DVC does not condone payment for these transaction, people do exchange money for transferred points. But I doubt that there are too many members who will use their one allowed transfer for such a small number of points. There might be someone out there that only needs 2 points to complete a reservation at the same home resort that you have, but anyone with a different home resort would most likely just buy OTUPs instead.

I have seen people looking for one or two point to complete a reservation but the request is far and few between

I don't know that it would feel like it was worth your time to transfer the points for $30.

Why not bank them? By what you posted (points expiring in Sept 2021), I can't really tell if your use year is September or October, but in either case, the banking deadlines for those 2020 use year points would be either April 30 or May 31 of 2021.

The earliest that you can bank 2020 use year points is the start of your 2020 use year, so you don't have to decide for several months.

Sorry I wasn't clear, these are Sep 2019 points that are banked into UY2020 so come September 1 2021 they will be gone. I will be banking the rest of my UY020 points (120) into UY2021.

Since the points are banked, they cannot be transferred.

Your only options are to let them expire or add enough points to them (by borrowing or purchasing OTU points) to reserve something. If you can't take a trip or extend a trip you've already planned, my advice is to let them expire.

I am the same boat... I have 2 Points that unless I take a trip before next May 31st, besides the one I have booked for this November (I almost used all my banked points), I will lose them to the wind. LOL

But who know maybe I will. We are planning a family trip for next August 20121.

OMG I would totally buy them from you-I am booking a few nights at vero and I am 1 point shy of staying 4 nights instead of 3 nights (after using all 24 one time use points) please message me if you would like to try and figure out how-I would buy both and only buy 23 from disney-not sure about ins and outs of tranferring w/banked/non banked etc-but willing to look into it-let me know!!

Can't be done. He cannot transfer the points to you because they are banked, but he could make a one night reservation if he could purchase the other points needed to make the one night reservation. But you would have to pay him enough to make sure the didn't lose money by paying for the extra points needed.

Thanks!! I clearly didn't read threads in between-oh well-we decided to only do 3 nights anyway
