We are currently here in Orlando and I day is out down day. We've been to IOA and seaworld so far. Now in trying to decide (because of others in our party) whether to do two days at MK or only one day at MK and one day at either Epcot or AK. I can't decide. We have two young children ages 5 and 3 1/2 (39 in and 43 in).

Thanks

If it's your first visit with the little ones I would be tempted to do 2 days in MK. There is a lot more for them to do there given their heights and ages. When they're a little older or, if you had a 3rd day i would add in Epcot but for 2 days, MK both days would be my recommendation.

If they like characters there are a lot at MK which will also add to your time there in the most enjoyable way!

I would do two days at MK so you can let them ride the carousel 8 times if they want and not feel bad.

I do recommend rope drop though just to get through the attractions with minimal waiting if you can do it. Easywdw.com has great maps indicating the priority you want to hit the rides.

We have only been to disneyworld once, but fwiw, I would also vote two days at Magic Kingdom.

I would plan 1 day at MK since you have little ones and leave day 2 open. If they want to go back or there are things you missed, do the second day at MK. For little ones that is where the magic is. If everyone seems OK with trying Epcot, then I would go there on day 2. We always go to Epcot and it is my kids favorite park, but they are older. I would make the decision based on what was accomplished on day 1 at MK.

Absolutely agree.

2 days in MK, no contest.

1 MK and 1 EP. Epcot was my kids absolute favorite park at those ages - even more than MK!

We're doing 5 nights/4 days and my husband doesn't want to go to AK, so for us the choice to have two MK days was easy. Even though DD2 loves animals, we think that she'll enjoy MK and it's rides more.

Buy a 2-day ticket & go to MK on day 1.

At the conclusion of Day 1, decide if you want to go back or try another park. No reason to commit both days in advance :thumbsup2

I'd say do the first day at MK. Then if there is still a ton there you want to do, go back to MK again the 2nd day. If you want to see another park, do EPCOT. Are your kids girls or boys? EPCOT by far has been my DD's favorite park other than MK since she was 2. EPCOT and MK are both usually 2 day parks for us.
