2 children sharing an adult meal?

Are two children allowed to share an entree from the adult menu at a TS restaurant if they see something they would like that is not on the kids' menu? Or would they have to each order their own entree from the kids' or adult menu?

Are you on the dining plan? If you are, and the kids are 9 and under, they will have children's credits to use which must be used for ordering from the children's menu.

If you are not on the dining plan I doubt it makes a difference.

This would be without being on the dining plan and paying OOP. I know on the dining plan kids 9 and under must order from a kids' menu.

I don't see a problem with that. Better that they be happy, and between two of them an adult portion would probably be perfect!

It's not a problem. In most cases, the meal will be split back in the kitchen and brought out on two plates. (Great to save you the hassle of having the kids saying "but he got more than me!") I will warn you, though. A lot of times, the side dish won't be split but will be a full helping on each plate.

We do this all the time and have for years. My kids, my son in particular, were never much into the typical kids fare so they would frequently share an adult meal. Most places were even nice enough to put it on two separate plates and sometimes give each a full serving of the side dish.

Not a problem if you're not on the DDP. As long as you pay the bill at the end, they're happy =)
