79. Miyuki in Japan
When I visited Epcot I had on my list of things to see was Miyuki, the candy artist, in Japan.
Here is the information from WDW site:
Miyuki sculpts a "clay" made of soft rice dough into elaborate animal shapesa Japanese art form that goes back hundreds of yearsat the Japan Pavilion in Epcot theme park.Watch in amazement as Miyuki brings to life dazzling dragons, regal horses and vibrant flowers. Starting with a simple white base, Miyuki stretches out the rice dough into ribbons and molds it into various shapes and sizes while adding color as needed.Miyuki is the only female trained in this traditional sculpture technique in Epcot, and is always glad to take requests when making her creations.Miyuki performs for 20 minutes at various times throughout the day, so be sure to check the Times Guide at Epcot to know exactly when you can catch her.

And please nobody flame me if they have utilized botox - that's not my intention to poke fun... I'm more saying there are so many other things that should be prioritized, such as their classrooms/curriculum than to be back biting someone who is only trying to help them be better in their jobs. I will never understand why some people get so defensive about 'constructive criticism.'
I guess when you force people out of their comfort zones, they don't like it too much... HANG IN THERE! I feel totally compelled to make the trek over the border to take you to lunch!

Glad to hear that she will be.
