2 beds in second bedroom at BCV

My in-laws recently stayed at BCV and said they were supposed to have two beds in the second bedroom, but when then checked in they received the room with bed and sofa combo. I did not see their confirmation paperwork so I dont know if it was clearly booked that way but the CM at the desk offered them a credit so I am thinking it must have been booked as a true "2 beds" second bedroom. During their stay they met another family that apparantly had the same thing happen to them.

Does this happen on a regular basis with BCV? I would love to book a 2 bedroom there but would not want my adult guests to have to sleep on a pull out sofa for too long.

I've probably had 4 stays at BCV in a dedicated 2 bedroom with the 2 queen beds and that's what I booked and that's what we've gotten.

Unless you own at BCV, your chances of booking that 2 bedroom with 2 Queens are pretty slim to start with. They go fast - even at slow times of year.

But I think if you book it, chances are you'll get it.

I booked a 2 BDR at BCV at the 7 month mark and MS was very clear that I was booking a lock-off.

I've been able to book 2brs at BCV's 3 times now at the 7 month window ...in August of 2008 and 2009 we booked dedicated with 2 queen beds.....and that's what we received when we arrived

yesterday when I called for 9/28-10/2....they had a dedicated with 1 queen and a sleeper sofa available so I booked that and waitlisted for the 2 queen beds

This gets said a lot, but never hurts to repeat - ALL dedicated 2 BRs at BCV do not have 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. Some do, some don't. So reserving a 2 BR dedicated is not the description anyone wants to use with MS - you need to reserve a "2 BR dedicated with 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom".

vicky c is 100% correct, there are 78 dedicated 2BR units at BCV and only 25 of those have 2 queens in the second bedroom.
You have to be specific of what you request, your confirmation should state, 2 BR with 2 queen beds.
