2-bedroom villa BCV experiences?

Hello!

We'll be staying in a 2-bedroom villa at the Beach Club this August and I was wondering if I could get some opinions/experiences about them? We've stayed in a 1-bedroom before, and in studio room at the BWV once, and I'm just imagining the 2br to basically be these two types of rooms, just connected by a door. Is that right?

What did those who've stayed in one think of them?

BCV has 2-bedroom villas just as you described (called "lock-off") but they also have a few "dedicated" 2-bedrooms that have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Try this link for more, detailed info:

The 2 bedrooms with the 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom are only available for DVC points reservations. It is a specific reservation category.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom at the BC last Aug. after over 10 years at the BW and loved it. We had a dedicated 2 bedroom but the second bedroom had the queen bed and sleeper. We had a great view of the pool. We will be returning this Aug. and have requested the same room. If you have stayed in a 1 bedroom and a studio you know exactly what you will be getting with a lock-off. The only difference in the dedicated that we had vs. the lock-off was the second bedroom didn't have the small kitchenett. Either way you won't be disappointed. Agree with a pp, have heard that the dedicated 2 bedrooms with the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom are for DVC.
