2 bedroom Riviera or Beach Club Villa - cash

Interested to hear others experiences with these resorts. We will be traveling with three 21 year olds in May. Our first visit to WDW was in 2005 and we stayed at the Beach Club. Our family has also stayed at Grand Floridian 2x, Old Key West (1br), French Quarter, AKL Kidani (1br), Swan/Dolphin 3x. I have stayed at Coronado and Caribbean Beach as well with just one son.
Two sons want to experience the new hotel, in a new area to them, on the skyliner. I am leaning toward Beach Club Villas since one son has epilepsy and doesn’t spend all day at the park. I like all the options in the Epcot resorts. I also think it would be nice for them to experience Beach Club since they don’t remember the trip when they were 4.

I would not put three 21 year old adults plus at least one parent in a studio. The BCV studios have one queen bed, a sofa sleeper and a pull down bed (which is not full size). Two people would have to share a sofa sleeper and that would not be comfortable at all. The sofa sleeper is shorter than a queen bed, so if the adults are tall, they would be really miserable. Plus, there isn't very much space in the BCV studio when the sofa bed is out. You would be better off with a normal resort room at the Beach Club or Yacht Club because those rooms are larger than a studio and have two queen beds and many have a sofa bed.

The 2 bedroom villa would be wonderful. You can always visit the Epcot area.

We stayed in a 2 br BCV and loved it and of course the pool is amazing. Only complaint was our villa was soooo far from the main lobby - I would just request to be closer next time. That walk felt very long at the end of the day.
