We will be 2 adults, 4 kids, and a 7 month old and I'd like to know if we'd fit at one table at the sci-fi. I can hold the baby (not sure if they will allow this, I am guessing no though).

Is sitting in the car an option for us? Or something that looks like a car?

If they won't let me hold the baby, where will a high chair go?

I am afraid that they might put us somewhere else (if there is somewhere else to sit) and the kids will get dissapointed that they would not be in a car.

Thanks! :goodvibes

Cars hold six adults easily, so I think you should all be able to fit in one.

Maybe leave the baby off the reservation - else they could see the party size and plan to have you sitting in the picnic table area.... which is pretty lame.

You can hold the baby but I will warn you that the space in between the seat and the food shelf in a standard Sci-Fi car is not that much so you might find yourself sitting a bit sideways. I am pretty sure, almost positive, that they have highchairs. If you think you'd be more comfortable in a regular table (due to the need for the highchair) you can ask for one of the tables that still looks like a car. They have the car nose and tail but the middle is a regular table where you face across from each other in stead of side by side and looking at the back of someone's head. I believe your party size is too large for the picnic tables.

You can sit in the cars but you will be sat 2 per row, so each adult could sit with each of the younger kiddos but the two oldest would be seated in the row in front of you which make it difficult for you to assit them with anything the two older may need during the meal. Also since the two adults will be seated in two different rows it makes it difficult for both to assist with the baby. Think of it this way, would you find it fun to sit at a restaurant alone with you, baby in arms and entertaining and assisting a 4 yr old.

When we went when my DD was 10 mths we had a high chair right next to the car for her so she was fine. You should all be able to fit no problem.

When I was there in February my friend and I were in a car with a family that was 2 Adults, 3 Kids and a 13 month old (i believe - struck up a conversation with the Mom when the little one was eying my fries and I asked if it was okay for me to give him one)...

The set up looked like -

First row - 3 Kids
Second row - Parents and little one
Third row - My friend and me

Hope this helped!
