Going back to Florida next year (22nd March) 2 adults and 3 kids (6, 4 & 2 1/2) when we have gone before had inlaws or friends so doing the rides was easier i.e someone to watch one of the kids or enough adults to ride with the kids...

However there is just the 5 of us going, so am abit concerned how we are going to do the kiddies rides, as one will be without an adults??? I know for the adult rides we will do the single rider and/or use FastPass...but my main concerned is I guess my oldest dd1 who will be 6 - I am guessing she wont be able to ride without an adult, as dh and I will need to be sat with the youngest on the rides.... !?!?!

What do other people with more than 2 kids ???

thanks
Nat

Hi

We had the same worries as you when we went last year and we didnt need to worry. We went with a 5 year old and twin boys who were 23 months.

What we did was Bruce went with the boys and I went with Casey or it would be Me and 1 boy and Casey or Bruce and 1 boy and Casey. It was so easy to juggle around. Bruce sat in front me or I sat in front of him so we were still in the same car or at least behind them in a 2 car ride. The children are so small that they allowed the boys to go together. Most of the rides had bars that went down and some had straps that went over all the riders in the car. We really found it a breeze riding the rides. You had the 6 cars that had 2 2 and 2. We had the boys with Bruce still, as the kids didnt take up too much room. You could have dh with 1 your eldest in the next row and you behind your eldest with your lo.

The main problem was waiting for them. The kids were so eager and played up. They did not like to wait, but after 2 days they realised that after waiting all this time they had a treat and loved the rides. I did not find any ride that did accomodate us. We were so impressed. Adult rides were great using baby swap. Sometimes we were able to use baby swap even by using fast pass. I asked the CM if this was allowed and he said yeah no problem. It was great. You will have no problems with the rides at all. :thumbsup2

Have a great holiday! :sunny:

The first time we went, we had DD7, DD4, and DD3. We always rode 3 in one car and 2 in another - except for Dumbo when my DH just watched instead - never had a problem! Have a great trip!
