1. Our son will be 16months old when we go. I DO NOT include him in head count, correct?

2. My parents are still on the fence about going. Would I be better off to reserve with them in mind? So making it a table for 4 instead of 2? If they back out, I will call and change the head count.

1) Incorrect. ADRs are about the number of people going. Since your son is a person, it's best to include him .

2) Correct (well, 5 instead of 3). If they back out, at locations that aren't prepaid (CRT, HDDR), you can try to adjust the ADR, otherwise just show up and say that it will just be the 3 of you. (CC guarantees outside of prepaid events are an all or nothing type of thing, if some of you show up, no penalty, if none show up, penalty)

Thank you! I was unsure about my son since he will not have a dining plan credit. Not that everyone who eats at Disney does, but you know what I mean haha!
