Question # 1 is : Does the pearl picking in Japan accept gift cards/disney dollars?

and #2 is: Is there anyway to purchase disney dollars, other than actually being physically at a park? IE: online

I paid for my pick a pearl with a gift card in dec..no problems. I am not sure if you can get Disney Dollars in the mail anymore..I heard they are trying to do away with them.
