1st week of November and EMH in IoA?

We will have 3 day tickets the first week of November and would like to make the most of our short stay. Both parks hours are 9 to 7 all 3 of our days and IoA is the EMH park at 8 am. The first day will be our arrival day and we won't get in until lunch so only 2 days at park open. Should we attempt EMH for Hagrids or Velocicoaster or will it be much quieter in Diagon Alley with Hagrids being a shorter wait around lunch when everyone clears out? We do hope to ride Velocicoaater and Hagrids multiple times but I'm not sure if EMH is the best way to do it. I am not a UO regular and would appreciate and all advice!!
