Thanks @areno79 and @LBlovesM&WDW for your input on Wolfgang Puck Express. I'll make sure the Wolfgang Puck Express- Marketplace goes into my spreadsheet! So, from your experience is it really, really crowded there? Will it be hard to find a table to sit down at for dinner?

Our second set of bands came yesterday. The biggest difference even from last year is that they're much more flexible. They're more comfortable too.

I noticed that too pigletgirl! We borrowed bands from my friend who went last year and hers are so rigid. I tried them on and they just felt so uncomfortable and boxy. The ones we got felt so much more comfy!

I've not had issues finding a spot when I've been, but I guess it probably depends on when you go.

Oh that's cool! I didn't find the previous ones super uncomfortable, but definitely on the stiff side. It'll be nice to have more pliable ones!

Happy Thursday! Today is actually my 'Friday' since I took tomorrow off to go with my fam to visit some family friends. Should be a crazy busy day though!

I tested the glow-in-the-dark feature of my magic band decal from MagicYourBand.com last night, and it definitely glows!

Yes, buy extra set of MB and when you buy it, make sure to tell them you do not want it linked to your profile. Then link them to phantoms yourself.

So I set up phantoms on MDE but still under my log in....should I create a separate login for the phantoms? or having them on mine is okay?

It seems all of Jersey is there this week and I know of at least 4 families that are there. Honestly, our time there takes time away from school, so I really don't think it will be as bad. Also, PW is a whole different animal because they are really busy running around to competition. They may be around at night, but daytime should be pretty good. I've been there for Worlds, where there are so many more teams, which also coincided with Easter and didn't find it all that bad. I've also been there for PW, though it was years ago, and I didn't find it a problem at all. Whether it is crazy or not, we won't know and there is nothing we can do about it. Just remember, we'll all be there in just a few weeks!

no there is nothing we can do about it. But I find for me, emotionally, being prepared makes all the difference in the world... so if I am prepared for how I will deal if it is super crowded then it will be fine.

Part of that is to maybe book the plaza party just so kiddo isn't squashed in. I have never had a problem either but my friend said it was so packed she couldn't see the fireworks. I will find out where she was.

Bummer! Did the smudges come off or are they permanent? I'm a little peeved at the nicks in my bands.

they are more scuffs in the shiny mickey heads than smudges. Not sure how they are all coming in less than perfect.

@Lisa F or anyone else who has two MDE's (or maybe you don't, Lisa?), I was about to create a second MDE to give myself the option of adding MB's for SDFP if I want (I do have one MB I could link right now and might purchase more later). Since we already have 6 of us, I'd rather relegate the phantoms to their own MDE. Anyway, I went to set it up and couldn't decide whether to use my real name on the account or not. I know I need a different email, but is there any chance they'll try to merge the MDE accounts if they see one person on two accounts? I had myself convinced to make it a fake name, but then I worried I'd regret it in the future (like what if my fake MDE account receives a PIN code?). Thoughts?

I have a second MDE but I don't use it for anything really - just to hold conflicting ADRs which are pretty much all gone now.

I just set it up with another email address and another credit card (my non disney visa) and I think I did actually use my maiden name (I use that professionally and my married name financially and with the school, it is easier being the same as kiddo even though I'm divorced).

I am waiting for ex to find the ticket cards or MBs from his last trip because I wanted a third set of SDFP but now I am getting antsy about it and wondering if I should come up with an alternate. I think for Mk days the 3rd set will be crucial (for me and kiddo, not for anyone else)!

I don't remember WPE being especially crowded but I might have gone at an off time. It's not so bad because you find your seat and then they bring you your food, so you're not juggling food looking for a table. it is one my all time favorites.

I don't think you need a separate login. I think you can keep them with yours just with different names.

Okay thats great that's what I did...I did our real ones with our real names and then our phantoms with our middle name/last name. I'm still holding out for the cards from my friend though. She didn't do any planning for Disney so I think she fails to see why I'm pulling my hair out over this. LOL!

I noticed that on mine as well. I was putting decals over the Mickey Heads anyway. But that is strange...

We leave 3 weeks from today! We're staying in a FW cabin! I'm so excited, I got a call this morning that there was a golf cart cancellation so I was able to book one for our entire stay I know we don't need a golf cart but we're not going to the parks every day and will have lots of down one at FW so I'm happy to have it and decorate it with some Christmas lights! Yay!
