Mintycake told me earlier today she was hoping for it on 12/3 for a party of 3. Haven't heard from her yet since the tags and PMs. Iowamomof4 was also wanting it and she was able to pick up a reservation for 3 and needs 3 more. She is currently out on errands and saw the tags on Facebook.

I still need a BOG lunch or dinner. I'm finally happy with my CRT, but I think I want to get inside BOG too. I have 2 BOG ADRs that I don't like the times of. And I have to decide my Epcot dining plan. With so much great quick service and kiosks, I don't really want to make too many ADRs in Epcot. Too many good choices to pick from! There's some things like Teppan Edo that we would probably love because we love hibatchi. But on the other hand, we have great hibatchi places near home. So I was thinking about maybe Spice Road Table for something different.

Took my fam to TE back in 2000...they liked it fine, but it was no different than hibachi at home...we enjoyed our different experiences better.

It should work in theory the same way. Talby grabbed a party of 10 though, so I think they should be covered with that. I don't know if anyone else is looking for that date.

So, who still has NOT had her balance paid off? Yes, this girl. My TA stinks. She said Friday so she had 2 1/2 hours left to make good on her commitment.

I got home too late from an out of town work trip to deal with it today. I'm going to have to do what talby suggested on Monday but I think I'm going to have to get my friend to call with me since we both have our reservations linked and with the same TA.

I'm really sorry to hear that! On the bright side, I'm sure Disney will be able to help you. I just hope you get a good CM to help since a few of them are a little clueless keep us updated!

I've got a few places it would fit. Now that I have a CRT on 12/1 that I like the time of, I can focus on just a date for BOG. I'm probably going to look for 11/29 @ 2:30pm, 12/3 early lunch, or maybe 12/4 early lunch. I should probably have my plans more firm than they are by now...

Thanks for sharing! That's basically what I'm thinking. I love our hibachi options near home. Plus we have Hofbrahaus which is excellent German food, so Biergarden is out for us too. Great Mexican food, plus I didn't like the menu options in Mexico. That leaves Morocco or France I think.

Thought I was all set on my ADRs, but just read today on glutenfree/dairy free site that yak & yeti had very limited gf options... So now I need to rethink my ak day with my picky eater. Two choices

#1--- try for a fun big breakfast at 1900 park fare or cape may, then ak, then QS at CHH at MK before Mvmcp, with dessert party...or

#2. Breakfast at resort s. Float works, snack at ak, and try for an early dinner at CP or 1900pf before party.

Any thoughts? Either way, it will take some serious ADR stalking, but we're coming on 30 days, so there will be some cancellations, I think.

We saw some belly dancers recently at the RenFest. Do they have belly dancers in Morocco besides the restaurant? I think the restaurant looks good. Maybe as a dinner on our last night and we could do the feast options. I'm a little nervous to try it mid-trip in case the food doesn't agree with us, though I'm sure I'm just being overly paranoid.

If you were my Nana I'd be thrilled with "experiences" as gifts! I can't find it now but a friend of mine posted an article on FB about a study that shows that people who spend their money on experiences (vacations and adventures) vs. things live much happier and more fulfilled lives. You are doing right by your grandkids!

I think you and I read the same post, about "Experience gifts"and I think it was on WDWPrepSchool ?So far, am gifting an overnighter to the Great Wolf Lodge (per one daughter's request) and an annual family pass to the Seattle Science Center, as per the other daughter's request. I just really hope the grandkids will think these gifts are awesome?!?

@bugarwitch I have a likely fix for your internet problems with this site!!! I've been having the same issues for days, it's been EXTREMELY frustrating! Stupid me, I had never thought to install an ad blocker (shame on me too, cause I tend to be pretty tech savvy, lol). Do a google search for Adblock Plus and install it. It immediately fixed the issues I was having with this site (there are too many stupid intrusive ads on it).

And I'm sure we'll manage to all bump into each other at some point! A lot of us already have our identifying tags printed out and laminated in some shape or form!

Iowamomof4 is all set now! She was able to grab 3 more just now when I told her there was availability again. So I think we just need to transfer to mintycake and see if anyone else says they were looking too.

Not a bad way to spend my Friday night really. We're pretty lame, especially since DH's knee is still swollen. I'm happy to help improve anyone's trip and fill the 12/3 JBJB party with all the wonderful people on this thread.

If you don't have the experience in your area, then yes, it's a good time and the food is very good.
