Wednesday the 14th. As of right now it's a 9am opening with EMH 10pm-Midnight. Keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way. I already dropped a Tusker PPO for a different day because they changed AK opening to 8am that day.

They changed AK to 8am? For emh or just regular park opening? What day? I've just only heard of it happening at MK so I'm surprised.

We have MVMCP tickets too but chose not to reassign them because that's our rest day so we won't be getting to MK until around 4pm anyway. I don't have much advice to offer other than if you DO reassign them, you will need to have the actual plastic card (ticket) to enter the party. They will no longer be linked to your original Magic Band. Just didn't want you to forget them in the hotel room thinking you would be all good with just your Magic Band to enter party.

Also any FP you make during the party will have to be no later than 6:30pm end time. I have read about people booking a FP with a 5:35-6:35 window only to have them canceled by Disney.

I think I get it--thank you! We have APs so we will be in the park earlier than 4.
So if I reassign them, I could make FP+ ahead of time? Or only SDFP?
And those FP+/ SDFP could only be during the 4pm to about 6:30pm window? Or could they be earlier than the actual party?
Now I am just confusing myself! Thanks!

December 12th. It was originally 9am (I think) when I made my ADRs way back in June. Then sometime later I noticed EMH were posted and it changed to 8am so I dropped my 8:15 Tusker. Worked out for the best because I was able to get an early Safari FP+.

Also my last post was post #9700. I'm wondering if post 10,000 and page 500 will happen at the same time. It's a mere 300 posts away which for us could be like a week or less. We will need to do something to celebrate. Anyone have any good ideas?

No if you're entering park earlier than 4 with your AP then you're entitled to make FP for any time that day UP UNTIL 6:30pm. If you want to make an additional 3 FP+ using your MVMCP tix. You would need to reassign them because MDE doesn't allow any 1 person to have 6 FPs booked for the same day.

I am very scattered and have to go back and read the last few pages but

if you reassign them you can make 3 FP+ at 60 days (if you are staying onsite) attached to your APs and another 3 FP+ on your reassigned "phantoms" for the day of the christmas party with the MVMCP ticket entitlements assigned to them at 30 days.

12/2 Epcot -- CP with Whoopi, Illuminations Dessert Party

12/3 JBJB Dessert Party (and hopefully Jedi Training during that day)

12/6 MVMCP

Aside from that, a whole lot of rides, SOTMK, and some Disney Springs (read: Pokemon Go and Morimoto's counter service) time as well.
And my son will go swimming. Me, not so sure. I am no longer the Florida child who could tolerate swimming year 'round!

I already know mk extended 12/3 and 12/10 to 8am. I'm really sorry for anyone that had ppos .. I'm kinda nervous about 12/5...today was a Monday between 2 parties, just like 12/5. it's very possible that mk will be open 8am-12am just like today. boo for our ppo. Is there any pattern to these extended hours? I'll just be somewhat prepared for it just in case...still have to eat breakfast with Pooh at crystal palace

Same here, thinking of catching the RD welcome show and eat at Crystal palace anyway on 12/12. I would have ppo on dec 6 with cupcakes at BOG instead.

They already extended MK to close at 11 on 12/5.... The only PPO at MK that can counted on are days with EMM.
