***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

What are you all thinking for the MVMCP dates?, theres quite a few in the first 7 days of December.. Which makes the not party night even more busy...
Thursday December 1
Friday December 2
Sunday December 4
TuesdayDecember 6

This leaves me two nights for Magic Kingdom without the party, Saturday and Monday..
Thursday I will be to tired, and I would assume the weekends are the busiest?

We have been doing MVMCPs since 2001. We have always found Sundays to have the lowest crowds. Always.

Do you happen to know if kiosks are up and running before park opening? I ask because I have a few PPO breakfast ADRs and was hoping to stop at a kiosk on my way to the restaurant.

Not sure... I wasn't planning on making any SDFPs during a PPO... but that seems like a good question for the SDFP thread. I'm sure they would not shoot you down to ask what time the kiosks open.

From what I read some are open some are not. The one in MK by guest services is usually open from what I read.

So DH *hates* the peppermint swirl Christmas shirts I picked out for us to wear to MVMCP I showed him last night before I ordered them and he said they were ugly.
I may ask him again tonight; maybe he was just tired. Back to the drawing board, I guess.

to the first week of december planning thread. Since creating this thread Kimberly has had to step away from the DIS for personal reasons so I'll be keeping post #3 updated if anyone cares.

Awww, that sucks. I would totally wear a peppermint swirl! (DH might not as well) I asked him if he would like to match DS and I wearing a black shirt and red pants, he said "Isn't that embarrassing?" I will dress DS and I but he can wear a black shirt and jeans.

I am planning to do Thursday the 8th only because of how my split stay fell ... originally planned to do Poly first then BWV but poly sold out quickly for those days and I was just barely able to get it for the second part of my stay. I want to be on the monorail for the late MK night. I think the 8th is projected to be one of the busier parties though. Tuesday is probably the least busy.

I have parkhoppers so also planning a non party night just to do the MSEP and regular wishes.

Is there a place that explains abbreviations?

He wants to wear something cartoony, but since I'm hoping to get a decent photo of us for our Christmas card, I'd like to wear something a little nicer. Ultimately he said I'll make him wear what I want, even if he hates it. I said I wouldn't, but between us I probably would!

I have a concern about this too now. We're doing at least half of our days early and DS has just started to sleep in later these past few days I think it's because the sun comes up later but I may have to adjust some of those early mornings. time to take a 1000th look at my plans!

This is funny to me since the last week my boys have been up between 4:30-5:15 each morning! Our 8am park openings are looking pretty good! Lol
