there is a limit to the number of pages? who knew! I will get it started since i started this one with the original person (she posted the first post but we had discussed it in PM. never knew it would get so big and wonderful. she ended up having to leave the dis for personal reasons ) I will be happy to and it might actually even be a good thing so we can keep a first post with pertinent info including the list of people, their dates (which Kimberly started), potential meet ups, a link to your spreadsheet.

I love this group so much. Thank you all for the wonderful Ohana advice earlier. I'm probably going to drop but but going to wait until after fast passes to decide.

Also, feeling so happy for a successful ADR exchange here this evening. Was able to make another family very happy with the chef Mickey brunch I had to drop.

oh well i created it for nothing. darn! well if people care enough about having the first post being more structured we can move. if people do not I can probably edit the second post of this thread (which I think is mine). I'm good either way lol. I'm finally on it and I look silly now lol!

And I am going to ask in the middle since i'd just as soon keep all of this wonderful info together in one place... it is time for introductions again. We have so many great members and I am starting to keep the names and personaltiies straight so tell us a little bit about yourself (including your travel party and dates traveled for the list on the first page, I will udpate it - feel free to use nicknames for privacy!)

I know some of you were looking for seasonal snacks and I just saw someone mentioned pumpkin spiced funnel cake at the American pavilion at Epcot that was included on the DDP last year. Cost was $8 according to the poster. I sure hope they have this! Sounds interesting and yummy!

I saw that. Also I posted a link to xmas party snacks, one was a pumpkin spice waffle with seasonal ice cream at sleepy hollow. NOT a snack credit but I am not on DDP during that period!

my organizational skills have been spent so I will add info to the third post (third time is a charm?) as I get the energy.

My dates are 12/2 AKL Kidani, 12/3-12/7 BWV 12/7-12/10 Poly villas
it is myself and kiddo (boy child 8) who loves kids cooking shows and narrates when I am in the kitchen like it is an episode of chopped. He is sometimes a bit picky but since discovering food network is expanding his horizons ("MOM! I tried something new today!" "what?" "maple syrup! I tried it and I liked it!" "greeeat"). We will be doing a mom & kiddo DxDDP dining report to chronicle our 2TS a day plans. I have owned DVC since 1999 and share it with kiddo's dad (now my ex) which makes it possible for my single mom butt to splurge on disney every 2 years. This is our time!

This trip we will have a lot of firsts like (a lot of) new restaurants to try, first time to use FP+ and MBs. Most importantly, it will be DS2's first trip so it's extra special just because of that.

It'll be me (Amanda, if I hadn't mentioned my name before...not sure if it's come up) and my DH. We've been married for 12 years and have 2 dogs who we are seriously obsessed with. Even though we were never blessed with little ones, we both LOVE Disney! This will be our first trip just the two of us since 2005.

It's also our first time visiting at Christmas, so we're both excited about that because we go all out during the holidays. We're also doing one day at US/IOA, mainly for the Harry Potter stuff! We are doing the Disney Dining Plan, but paying OOP for some meals because I guess I have an ADR obsession in addition to a regular Disney obsession!

I've gone to WDW more times than I can even count, but have always (as a kid and as an adult) gone over spring break. My parents were teachers and I married a teacher so school vacation weeks it has always been. It's been literally a lifelong dream to see the world at the holidays season. So about a day after we got home from WDW in April, I booked this "quick, long weekend, we'll keep it cheap, just to see it at Christmas" trip ...that's how I justified it. Lol. I'm so excited!! 85 days.
