***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

After 9 hours of clicking refresh/signing back in--- I GOT BOG ON DECEMBER 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUCH A RELIEF!!!!!!!!!

I have decided to definitely cut 1900 Park Fare out. Couldn't find a time that worked, don't want to keep checking, and this will leave us a little "less" scheduled.

I also decided on the Swan for sure for 11/25.

Now I just need flights, a room for 11/24, and CP packages!

So happy for you! Congrats on getting BOG!

Nice plans... Your party day looks like a lot of Ohana! Lol! But that's not a bad thing of course :) I see people letting BOG breakfast and lunch reservations go on the cancellation board, I think you should have a chance to get that. That being said, would your DS like it? Given his prior experience of course...
He loves Ohana breakfast and requested it. it would be easiest to do it at the Poly but I can do it on the mid-week rest day at BWV anyway as we will be getting in the car to drive somewhere for breakfast anyway (either Boma or Ohana).

If I pop into the MK on MVMCP day just for breakfast at crystal palace we can take our time coming back and tour the resorts, swim in the pool, change for dinner. I think it would be a pretty relaxing day.

then the day after we can have lunch at BoG (If I can get a reservation on Friday) and dinner at HDDR, breakfast in the room.

Hmm, can anyone check if there's availability for Coral Reef on Dec7 for dinner around 6ish? I just noticed that this seems to be one of the restaurants that is very much lacking in availability?! Maybe because of candlelight?
no tables available but i am QUITE sure that they are holding back for CP availability. I wouldn't worry on that one.

The only thing I have left that I really, really want is dinner at Akershus. Hopefully something will open up eventually, preferably for Dec 2, which is currently our AK day. I could switch that around if I have to, though.

Ohh ok! So I guess you would flip Crystal Palace to be on MVMCP day and Ohana on Dec9? That would work out great and you could do Boma on your rest day! :)

I did the same thing!!!! And it won't let me change it!!! Hahhh so sad!

I did that yesterday. I thought I made ADR for breakfast at CP on 12/5 and instead made it for 6/5 and since it was the same day I had to call. Luckily the CM agreed to waive the no show fee.

Yup same here! Happens all the time apparently... If they knew this, they really should get their IT dept to fix it :(

okay really...I am done tinkering with my schedule I hope! LOL. Here's what it looks like
12/2 - late check in BC
12/3 - H&V ppo breakfast, 12:45pm lunch 50s prime time (I kept my 3:45pm "dinner" at 50sPT as well...not sure what to do yet. 3:45pm just seems ridiculous for dinner, and switching it to the lunch gives us time to go back to BC for a break). SW fireworks night
12/4 - managed to switch to 8:10am BoG (more time to explore the restaurant) and try to hit 7DMT or head to Fronteirland which might not be busy! QS lunch and leaving at 4:30pm to get to Poly by 5:30pm - DD in kids club there and we have a date night at Kona Cafe with drinks after at Trader Sams
12/5 - 7:30am Cape May reservation and then off to Epcot hopefully in time for RD for Joy and Sadness and Futureworld day. Break in afternoon, and come back for illuminations.
12/6 - no breakfast plans. Plan to RD Epcot for A&E M&G and then explore International showcase, maybe do any other rides over that DD wants to do in Future world. lunch 1:25pm Akershus, and back to resort for 5:30pm (DD in Sandcastle club), and we have date night dinner at Beaches and Cream at 6pm. Since it's EMH at Epcot, we might run back over to Epcot! Or I'm contemplating doing a restaurant at Epcot (any suggestions?)
12/7 - No breakfast, DD doing pirates cruise so we can sleep in a little, we may just walk down to boardwalk or is there anywhere around there for nice breakfast?
1:45pm BOG lunch. Not sure if we will keep this but if DD wants to go back to Beasts Castle it's a placeholder. QS dinner - stay in park for Wishes
12/8 - 7:30am Ohana breakfast, QS lunch, 6:10pm dinner 1900 Park Fare. Then bed, because we're leaving early the next day!

Any feedback? I have heard great things about Beaches & Cream but am wondering if we should sneak back to Epcot for dinner instead. Then again, we don't need a fancy dinner, just good time together.

I was thinking of doing Ohana on rest day in the middle of the week (while at BWV) and CP on Thursday before xmas party and then no breakfast on friday, BoG lunch and HDDR dinner at 6:15.

OR Ohana on the rest day in the middle of the week (or Boma), Ohana (or boma) morning of MVMCP, CP the next day and HDDR at night... no BoG

I have not been to beaches & cream but I would not pick it for a date night either. Not a fancy vs. not fancy but i think it is small and crowded and lots of OPKs (other people's kids). It is unavoidable at disney but seems like kind of close quarters. Honestly if you want that kind of food I would probably walk over to the boardwalk and get similar food on the boardwalk (you are not on DDP?) and ice cream at the new place that is opening up, Ample Hills Creamery. The ice cream seems like it is going to blow beaches and cream out of the water. I bought into BWV with my ex for a reason, it's nice and romantic and not so packed in and the weather should be lovely that time of year. They have shows going on, and it's just an overall wonderful vacation experience... definitely one of my "aaaah" moments there.

Yes i am! definitely doing ohana on MVMCP night. only the breakfasts (maybe BoG lunch) are in play at the moment. sorry to be so confusing. I just cant' decide and want someone to decide for me.
