um, are you talking to yourself? lol

barnstormer is super cute, it's a great SDFP choice (I can't remember if you are doing those or not). It is a small roller coaster but not super baby if that makes sense. it's a nice metal smooth track just no huge drops etc. not like a carnival kiddie coaster.

I picked it out randomly... LOL! My thinking is that for dumbo, you have a playground and a pager so not going to do an FP for that. Under the Sea line seems to go fast, not doing any more FPs for princess meet and greets and not doing any of the mountains either since DS is too short so it doesn't leave too much. Was thinking of iasw but that line seems to go fast too... will probably try to SDFP iasw, speedway, and HM if ever...?

Yes, I saw there is quite a few characters and it's like a street/ dance party! Really interested in this but thinking of how to time it. (it sometimes coincides with Mickey's Friendship Faire)

For those doing SDFP have you seen the recent post about how the kiosks bring up the people in your friends and family list?

I have 3 un-linked MB that I was going to link to phantoms. When I purchased my second set of MVMCP tickets I used the phantoms on my MDE so I could make FP+ selections at the 30 day mark. I was going to create 3 more phantoms to link the MB. Now I think that I should created a separate MDE and link the bands under that account.

Is it worth it to try and make 2 sets of SDFP?

I don't know @BDFmom , it might be confusing. I have two borrowed sets and I *might* do this at MK to throw in some extra meet and greets or rides (but who knows what will be available) since we are doing long mid day breaks and make one set morning and one set evening, or at HS to get my DH on SDFP on RNRC and all of us on SDFP TSMM, I'm bringing both sets, but mine aren't linked to phantoms since they are borrowed.

I saw it but did not quite follow. I am planning to use 2 sets of SDFP but the second set will be used more sparingly, for additional Tier 1's and MK only I think. I have my kid and myself in my MDE and phantoms that have our tickets (so we can get a second set of advanced FP+ on them at 30 days, I have an extra day on my regular ticket and kiddo has an AP so this will work). and I'm planning to grab my ex inlaws old tickets or magic bands for the third set. i'm not going to link them to me on MDE. as long as i can make them and use them i don't care much what shows up on the kiosks, as long as I can scan a band for one phantom and add the other I'm good.

I was just looking at wait times this moment too, and I was shocked at how long some rides are ( dumbo?!) .

SDFP is tailor made for situations just like this. I'm thinking there will be PLENTY of SDFP available for things like Dumbo, Small World, Philharmagic, Magic Carpets, etc. Perfect for anyone traveling with small children (I'm looking at you @Candycane83). Great plans posted above BTW! I especially like 12/10. That's a star-studded lineup that day. Meet the Fab5 for breakfast, BOG lunch, an afternoon nap, dinner at a signature and WL decorations, a ride on FEA then Illuminations to close out the day! Very nice!!!!

(plan to use snack credits for soup, maybe a cupcake too and pay for braised pork and drinks only) I really hope it all works out great, especially with the earlier MK opening. Do you happen to know if kiosks are up and running before park opening? I ask because I have a few PPO breakfast ADRs and was hoping to stop at a kiosk on my way to the restaurant.

Is it worth it to try and make 2 sets of SDFP?

I will have 2 sets of SDFP items (cards and extra magicbands). We are doing a lot of park hopping so I think the 2 sets will come in handy. You can get 3 at the morning park and then when you hop to the 2nd park another 3 right away on the 2nd SDFP item. I do have 2 days when we aren't hopping and I'm not sure if we will use all 3 sets of FPs (our main MBs + 2 SDFP sets) all at once. I think I'll just see how it goes and once I get the hang of it I'll decide. I'm a very organized person and have a good memory, so I don't think it'd be a problem for me to keep track of.

Our first park day is all day at AK so it's the ideal situation for acclimating to the SDFP system I think. FP availability there is always good and I can practice making them and tracking them, even if they aren't really needed because lines aren't bad. Maybe I'll be a pro before our 2nd park day of MK and Epcot.
