I don't think so. I'm sure they run on completely separate water sources. What would be more likely is if they're planning to shut down Kali and EE during ROL to avoid any noise conflicts.

That makes sense.. We'll know for sure if we get EE cancelations!

i had one for 12/6 and one for 12/8 for 345. They just canceled them for dinosaur. But I was able to rescedule Kali for 3 the latest. ( I believe @tacboze too)

Very interesting. I have EE on 11/29 for 3:25-4:25 and that hasn't changed yet.

My Kali FP is for 11:30-12:30, which may be why it's not been affected since you guys are reporting you can move it earlier.

Just booked mine on the phone after 30mins! CM was initially saying it's not bookable!

I'm on 25 minutes of hold time. Luckily I'm at home and can just set the phone down on speaker. But dang my phone makes their hold music sound terrible.

Oh and now they just started playing Haunted Mansion music to rip open that wound....

Has anyone transferred a dessert party before? I'm curious if it matters that the party sizes are different? Anyone know? Thinking it might be different than a restaurant ADR where one would pick up the exact party size that was cancelled. This is a pre-pay ticketed event, so my thinking is that availability would be based on capacity and how many tickets are available. So if someone with 4 tickets dropped those, trying to transfer them to someone with a party of 3, would that fly? Obviously the party of 3 wouldn't want to pay for 4 tickets. I hope that makes sense....in a rush and typing faster than I can think it through! lol Thanks for any input.

I'm booked for 12/3 for the JBJB dessert party! Woot! That took a while because the CM was kind of difficult to work with. She just misunderstood me spelling my name, email, address, gift card number...pretty much everything I said. But she was pleasant and got the job done.

I've been contemplating the Wishes plaza viewing party on 11/30 as well. With PM EMHs and a non-party night, I think that night will be very busy. And I'm not having luck finding a CRT/BOG dinner time I like that day anyway. I'm currently holding an 8:15pm CRT and I'm wavering on it. I can't book the dessert party w/o cancelling the CRT due to the times though.

I called the DVC member line (while i was on hold with desk phone for disney dining). I got right through to someone and it's nice because once I key in my member number and other info they have all of my info, i don't have to read it off to them. I was able to immediately link it to MDE too. So yes, after all this time I can finally let my backups goooooooooo. I don't think anyone is interested in anything I have (it's not that exciting) but I will post them here and over on the cancellation board, priority given to any of the participants here (I will post this evening to cancellation board).

for me it is just excitement. i doubt anything will sell out before they get it up online esp 12/3. Thanksgiving night or that weekend is the only thing I'd mildly worry about.
