@Talby I booked Pirates and Pals!!! peer pressure is so hard here at Dis I wanted to ask you though, did you get any sort of confirmation email or something on your account to tell you this is booked? I got a confirmation number but nothing else.

someone tell me when and what the deal is. I looked this up on disney's site and if there is no rivers of light this might work for me after dinner at CA Grill (though our dinner is early, like 5pm. we could potentially tour the other MK resorts by monorail that night and come back to the contemporary for the pirate thing. other plan was go back to epcot for illuminations. hm. thoughts? this is the night we could do RoL also IF it is late enough but it sounds kind of stressful getting there!)

I've been wondering about enchanted tales with belle... I want to try it but not sure DH and DS would like it...

It's super cute! I'm DRAGGING my whole family to it, whether they like it or not! I did it with just dd6 last time. She got to be the horse.

So, enchanted tales with belle. Is this worth a fastpass? I think my kids would like it (DD5 and DS3), but not sure how long the standby weights are, or just tackle it in the AM?

The train does have a stop in Frontierland, but I don't remember if it goes all the way to Tomorrowland...I know it stops in Fantasyland though. I figured we'd grab a Dole Whip and take a little bit of a leisurely walk to Main Street Station, which is why I built in the little break. Or we could take the train over that way; guess it depends how we feel. I need to have a plan, but also want to make sure I have time built in to slow down a bit or allow for some degree of spontaneity.

The train has three stops, Frotierland, Fantasyland and Main Street. If you want to go to Tomorrowland then you can get off at Fantasyland and take the sidewalk that is behind the Tomorrowland Speedway. It is a shortcut to Space Mountain.

I just made a reservation at Whispering Canyon at 7:35 pm on the Tuesday we're doing EMM. So it's going to be a long day, but I'm hoping we'll have time to catch the Frozen Holiday Wish at 6:15 (assuming the time is the same as last year) before we scoot out to catch the boat over to Wilderness Lodge. Think we'll have enough time? It's supposedly a 7-minute show, so we should be working our way out of MK (along with a ton of other people, I'm sure) by 6:25 or so. That gives us about an hour for the boat ride.

The WL boat runs approximately every 20 minutes. The boat ride itself is about 12 minutes long. Give yourself at least 30 minutes to get there. You can take the bus to WL, too, but it is not as much fun as the boat is.

So, enchanted tales with belle. Is this worth a fastpass? I think my kids would like it (DD5 and DS3), but not sure how long the standby weights are, or just tackle it in the AM?

This is lot of fun and perfect for that age group.

Yes, it is like a play where kids in the audience are given roles to play. Every kid in the audience who wants a role is given something to do in the play. And at the end they all get their picture taken with Belle. There is a Photopass photographer there to take pictures of everyone. Your kids would love it.

I think that Enchanted Tales with Belle is usually a walk on during the Christmas party. So if you don't want to use a fp+ on a regular park day then you can plan to go when lines are short during MVMCP. My grandkids did this attraction during MNSSHP and it was a walk on.

I know that peer pressure you speak of! No confirmation email here either, just the number. They did say I would not get an email though and suggested that I put the confirmation number in the notes part of our itinerary on MDE. That's a GREAT last night option, YAY!

Hey everyone, sorry to be a humongous pain, but I have a question about the mvmcp tickets so, I just got the hard tickets in the mail ( yippee!!!) but they say fast pass+ on them. I'm really confused. I thought I just booked 3 fp on my window day for the MK for the hours of (4-7) so what I do with these cards besides use them for entry ( in addition to the reservation on my mb) ?

you don't need the cards for anything if you had them linked to your main MDE account. keep them as a souvenir (or as a backup). you can access your admission and FP+ through the magicbands.

If they are NOT linked to your MDE account and you want to use them for SDFP that is different. do you?

cute but kiddo is not super into pirates. we go on boats all the time (live on an island) so that is not a huge thrill. He goes on this boat nearly once a week in camp, sometimes to sail around and sometimes to just jump off into the harbor (not sure what else they do those days lol)

I'm not sure that pontoon boat would impress him (yes my child is somewhat spoiled)

Thanks @Lisa F I did know about not purchasing them linked. But, I chose to just buy them on MDE and not to try and use them as sdfp because I'm already planning to purchase a second set of mb for a dummy account to use as sdfp. I figured I'd get overwhelmed by too many Sdfp

yeah I would not do 2 sets of SDFP. I am a marvel of disney planning but that would be too much for me to keep track of lol. Then you are good, you didn't need the physical tickets but some people just like having them. the FP reference is probably just an ad of sorts for it.

IF you want to make a second set of FP+ at 30 days for your christmas party day and your christmas party day only and at MK only, you can reassign the tickets in your MDE account to the second set of magicbands. then you would have to use those magicbands to scan in (and the ticket cards you have would be empty). you won't have any SDFP that day on those bands because you have FP+ for them.
