Awesome! We are going for dinner 12/8. I'm really excited about it. The characters look so cute.

I don't mean to change the subject at all...because I'm really excited and happy about you two getting that reservation!!!! But, I just thought of something I wanted to ask here. I keep seeing posts about people not being able to get FP for FEA and 7DMT....I think that most of the people are guests that reserve 30 days out. But, I have seen posts for 60 days out, too. I really feel like that is insane! I mean, I guess I can understand restaurants booking up....with there only being so many tables that can be eaten at per day...but a ride?! The turnover for people is so quick! I am prepared to wait awhile for the rides, but I'm really nervous now that I won't be able to get FP for these two big ones. What do you guys think? Are you concerned about that? or maybe don't really care? my girls don't know anything about any of the rides/princess stuff/ or pretty much anything they'll be seeing....so that's good. But, still, I think I'll throw a temper tantrum if I can't get on either of these!

7dmt seems ok I think... I may look into getting one FP only since I don't think DS will be tall enough. FEA seems much harder. I've read the same things I've read for getting Ohana and BOG ADRs- look for it closer to the end of your trip?

Still hoping that EMM will be available before our FP window. Then I won't even try for a 7DMT.

I'm a little concerned. I think that I will have a FP Strategy and prioritize FEA first, then 7DMT. My DH agreed to my scheme to go to MK an extra day so I figure we will at least stand a chance for 7DMT in one of our three days. For FEA I'm hoping that when my Fp Window opens I'll be able to snag this on the third (and only Epcot) day. At least I'll say a prayer that my plan works because that's my daughter's birthday! I'm also hopeful that the Epcot day we picked is one of the lower touring plans day that week. We'll see!

Honestly I'm not worried about FP+. I'll certainly try for certain ones, but standing in line isn't the end of the world. Yes, it's just my H and I this time, but I've taken my niece from 6 yrs on and we stood in many lines. We played games, talked about what we liked earlier/what we were looking forward to, etc and the time went by. We are going at a supposed lower crowd time, so it may not be an issue at all.

I'm seriously worried about not getting a FEA FP. I mean, I can book 60 days out as I'm onsite but these stories scare me. I'm trying to get FEA for each day I'm in Epcot because DD loves Frozen. Honestly that's why I'm hanging on to the PPO Akershus reservation so I can run through there to go to FEA if I have to and can't get a FP+ (NOT my preference as we want to take our time with Akershus...but people have said that if you ask for your bill right away and eat quickly you CAN get it done).

I agree that FEA seems to be the tough one right now. I'm glad we are able to do a fairly long trip. I don't figure I can get a FP for FEA for our first Epcot day, which is also day #1 of our AoA stay (assuming our park days don't end up getting switched around). I'll try for it on our second Epcot day, which will be day #3, and I'm not sure I'll be able to get it even for that day. Our third Epcot day is day #8 of our trip and I'll be really shocked if I'm shut out for that day.

7dmt doesn't seem to be an issue for anyone staying on site these days. It might still be a problem for those who have to book 30 days out though.

I was surprised at how hard it was to get an early fp for FEA for our October trip. I signed on about 7:25am on my 60 day mark, and the only fp I could get for arrival day was at night. I think I got 8:30pm. We will be staying at the BC in October and we plan to go to Epcot a lot during our October trip, so I booked a couple more FEA's later in the week, all of them late afternoon or evening. I think the earliest fp I saw was for 1pm on day 5 or our trip. I've heard that the earliest fp time available starts at 11am, so that could explain some of the lack of early fp times.
