Im so happy. We will be there for 4 days.
My grandsons are allergic to wheat, milk, eggs & peanuts. They end up in ER if they eat any foods containing those ingredients... is there a number I can call to talk to someone about this?
I'm so excited to bring them, my oldest will turn 4 while we are there, I'd also like to order a cake while we are there not using any of those ingredients if possible.... thank you for any suggestions!

Disney does pretty good with food allergies, even multiple ones. Here is the webpage for special dietary needs and includes an email address to contact them.

My daughter only has a peanut allergy but we've had good experiences at Disney. Obviously, your grandchilds allergies are more complicated and will require more attention, but Disney kind of shines in this area so I think you'll be in good hands.

If you're on Facebook there's a group called Disney Chefs Rock Food Allergies. Although it is more geared to WDW, there is still quite a bit of info about Disneyland that'd probably be helpful for you.

You are an awesome grandparent to understand and be willing to handle your grandchilds food allergies!!!

Email dining, they are very helpful. Bottom line, ask for the chef each time. They'll be able to come up with something for you. If you know where you're eating ahead of time, dining services can even make sure they have certain things for you.
