1st trip how to line up ME w/ airline?

This is our first trip and we leave in 3 weeks. We were late to get our airfare and it is finally purchased. I have a received some of the paperwork from Disney already with the itinerary. How do I line up the Magical Express to our resort from the airport? Do I call WDW directly and add our flight times, etc? Or do I contact the ME directly?

Call Disney and ask for ME. They will ask you for the flight number... I would do it as soon as possible, so that they can send you the yellow tags for your luggage. Enjoy your trip.

agreed. Call immediately and tell them you already have a reservation and you want to add Magical Express to the reservation. They will take your info and you should have time to get your luggage tags. If you need more than 1 yellow ME tag per person, let them know when you call.....

I agree with the others. Just wanted to mention for future reference you can add ME to your reservation when you originally book without flight information and then provide it to them later.

BTW if you don't get your luggage tags in time, that's OK too. When you get to ME just give them your info and they will retrieve your bags.

call WDW back and tell them when your flights are AND get the ME direct number so you can call them and be sure to get the amount of yellow tags you will need. have a great time we go in 36 days
