1st trip home OKW - just returned and

We had our first visit to OKW in July - it was our second DVC stay as members. Our check-in CM was very pleasant, but told me I had to go to a park's guest services desk in order to find out how many days I had on old park hoppers or to do any kind of upgrade. I didn't think that was right, so I talked to the Concierge desk and they laughed and took care of it right away. The CM there told me that many of the front desk CMs were on a rotational assignment at OKW and that a plan to have CMs go to other resorts to get familiar with them was causing a few problems with people not knowing as much as they probably should have.

I have never understand why Americans accept bad behaviour from CMS .You do not have to be rude in reply but I would not accept bad behaviour from any.
On the one occasion i have had a problem in the past i asked for a supervisor and dealt with her instead.

I don't think it's an "American" thing.
