OK I know that title does not make sense but I have no clue how to word it. A family member that works for Disney booked our room for us (first time, we have done everything ourselves in the past, so it is nice to save for once! :goodvibes ) So I got the confirmation email and when you clicked on the link it took me to the reservation and I could see the dates and all that. Now when I go on it is gone, there is nothing there. I called and they said they do not mail anything out because it was a non-commissionable rate, so there will be no paperwork. I called my dh's family and they said they would try to print it out but that was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Is this the norm for CM's? To get no paperwork at all? I am nervous about checking in with no paperwork to prove I even have this ressie. Hope this makes sense!!

I booked a trip for my Sis's family through a CM. When I called to add a fridge to the room, they pulled the reservation and confirmed, but couldn't let me add the fridge, as I wasn't the CM or the guest. (Hope that makes sense!) We never received paperwork, but they had no trouble when checking in. Save your cashed check/credit card statement... whatever you used to pay for the room, just in case. With that and a ressie #, I don't think you will have a problem.

I've traveled on a good friend's CM discount and other than the original e-mail forwarded to me, I've received no paperwork. That reminds me, I need to call and remind him to go by Pop and show his ID for me :D

You will be OK, have a great vacation.
