Ok, so its my 1st time having to plan a vacation, and me and dh are going for a week and are doing the dining plan, I know I HAVE to make adr's (not crazy about it Im more of a go with the flow girl) what times for dinner ressies does everyone suggest, I plan on doing he parks in the am, coming back to bwv relax then do dinner im going in may if that helps, and any dining suggestions for dinner would be helpful as well. Mostly times though im thinking 7 for ressies, HELP im soooo disorganized

Need more info (yes hopeless overplanner here).
Are you renting a car or not?
If you are then your dining options will be more open, if not, you will need to depend on WDW transportation which could take a lot of time.
So, if you are renting a car, you can make ressie's all over the world.
If not, you would want to eat in the park you are in, or close to your resort.
Be glad to help if I can.

It can be overwhelming planning your dining...first start with a plan of what parks you would like to visit each day (you can look on the DIS home page for hours/EMH days for each park) You might also want to get a WDW guide book to help you plan your days...then, look at the menus that are on the DIS home page or you can go to www.allearsnet.com to get some menus and then start making your ADR's!!

Here's a sample of our picks:
(it will be me and my mom this trip)

Crystal Palace-breakfast
Cinderella's Royal Table--dinner--Mom's 70th birthday dinner! princess:
Brown Derby
Le Cellier
Kona's Cafe
Sci Fi (probably only for a milkshake!
we still have 1 more ADR to make and can't decide!

It really depends on what kind of food you like...

I made most of our ADR's for dinner at around 6:00 pm because my mom is used to eating an early dinner.

Hope this helps--have fun planning! ;)

I plan out what parks and what days and then start with my ADR's.

We always do dinner at Ohana our first night...Great way to kick off the trip with a view of the castle and if you time it right you can even view the fireworks from MK at the restaurant or on the beach from the Poly. :wizard:

So usually 8:00 oclock ADR there.

You could plan early dinners before the busy rush at the parks???

We are planning the Japanese restaurant at Epcot for around 6:30. I also made an ADR for lunch at the San angel inn just in case we want something for an early lunch that day.

Make what you think you might use and if you don't then it is no big deal. You can just cancel. :goodvibes

We also plan on Pizza a couple nights and I was reading up on some of the counter service restaurants at MK and I think we may try the Asian noodle stirfry place that day. :goodvibes

There are just so many options.

Boma is also a nice choice for dinner and you can check out AKL. Different, but we loved it.

Good luck. :flower:

we are not renting a car, and we are staying at BWV so most of the meals I am planning are in EPCOT (my fave park anyway) the day we do animal kingdom ill go there, and from what i hear there arent too many fab table service restaurants in magic kingdom, so far I have chosen:

flying fish
Boma
le cellier
california grille
chef mickey's
one at polynesian, ohana I think
vicorian?
and most likely ill eat in mexico, and if I can pursuade dh in japan too!

This will be my first time renting points!! I am very excited.

I remember riding the boat past the Boardwalk thinking I will never be able to stay there and now.......I will be there in May!! I guess if you want it bad enough you will find a way!! :cool1:

Plus I am staying there more reasonable than I could the value resorts!! :rotfl:

Sounds like you have good plan so far!

You will love Ohana!!
