Hello All,
I have cruised on both Princess and RCCL. My questions are as follows:
1) On both Princess and RCCL's website, you had the ability to enter your booking number and you would be able to access all the shore excursions and about 90 days out they would allow you to prebook excursions. Does Disney have this kind of access? I did not book through DU. If not, do you just book excursions once on board.

2)Can you rent jetskis on Castaway Cay?

3) Does Disney have an art acutions like on Princess and RCCL?

Thanks,
Mike:Pinkbounc

1. You can book 60 days out when you're paid in full. I believe you can book from DCL's website even if you booked through another travel agent. At the very least you can call DCL directly and book.

2. No jetski's yet, but there has been talk of them.

3. Yes, there are silent auctions.

First welcome to the DIS boards!

DCL lets you book excursions over the phone 60 days out. I dont think you can do it over the internet, but I could be wrong.

No they do not have jet skies at CC. They do have other fun things like parasailing and kyacking though.

Yes, DCL does have silent auctions.

Hope this helped some :D

There were jetskis parked on the beach when we were there in early march.

The art auction is different from other cruiselines but in my opinion better. It is not prints from a bunch of different artists but true Disneyana for sale. It's also as mentioned a silent auction. The 7 day cruise typically has two different auctions that between them span the length of the cruise.

I think your ???'s have been answered but I wanted to say "Welcome to the boards!" You can get answers to all of your question here from this great bunch of folks. Thanks for joining us!!

They are there to pull the bannana boats.:D

Our friends took the eco tour on CC which was a 1 hour tour of the island and it as on jetski. He said they would stop every now and then and listen to more hisotry of the island. They enjoyed it and it is $95 a person.

I was there during spring break..March 21-26.

Not my sons idea of fun though, he wanted to hot dog around and go fast, so he did not do this.
