1st time attempting to get southwest credit need help

See our southwest flight price dropped. I have never at attempted to get a credit before. I swear it's Greek. To me. Anyone have simpler instructions?

Click on change flight, select the same flights again, it will apply the new price and the credit will be on ticketless travel funds.

No got it. I was looking for something bigger or a different website. Thanks for your help! Now to get our return flight home to go down in price. I will purchaser them. All the sales go may21 st. I need a sale that includes June 3 rd. either way slowly getting our goal of 200/ person.
