Sorry about your golf cart problem, but it appears things worked out. Next thing you know you will have your own camper and won't need the cabins

That's the thing about the Fort.

The Fort is NOT for theme park commandos who spend everyday in the parks from open to close.

The Fort is best suited to folks who want to come back to the resort to eat lunch, swim in the pool, then head back to the parks. Or who want a down day to relax and enjoy their surroundings. Being outdoors at the Fort is wonderful to me.

What loop were you in? Did you get over to the campfire/singalong with Chip & Dale? Was the Fort crowded? Did you Trick or Treat?

You are SO correct!
My wife and I are annual passholders, and we stay at the FW Campgrounds 4 times a year, for a week at a time in our 5th Wheel RV. It is very relaxing, clean, well maintained and the staff, as are all the WDW staff are so helpful. Thank goodness for WDW, and expecially the FW Wilderness Campgrounds!
