1st night dining

We will be arriving on a Tuesday from Vero Beach. I don't think we will be going to the parks that day, but doing DTD and maybe some resort stuff (AKL). We did Chef Mickey last time and loved it. It would be nice to do a character meal and then not waste as much park time. It will be DH, ME, DS 4, DS 4 and D Grandma. What are your suggestions?

Our favorite first dinner is always Chef Mickeys. For a non-character meal, Ohana is a good choice- it's a fun atmosphere and I personally love the food there. Plus it's on the monorail; even if we aren't going to the parks we always like to take a monorail ride on our first night!

Why not try Hoop Dee Doo Revue??? That's a first night tradition for us!!

I had another thought too if you wanted to tour Downtown Disney, why not do Earl of Sandwich?? Love it!! You won't be committed to a time slot then either!
