1st family trip to WDW / shirts

I would like to do matchy WDW themed type shirts for at least one day but am clueless as to where to start looking or what to do. Ideas? There are 6 of us going so I had thought about doing 1 of the 7 dwarfs on a shirt for each of us (ex: dh could be Grumpy, I could be Bashful, etc... ) but I'm not sure how to do that or where to find them. I've looked on the disney store website but can't find exactly what I have in my mind.

My dd loves the princesses so I had also thought of having the girls in the group (4 of us) being a different princess, but then I'm not sure what to do w/ the 2 guys in the group.

Anyway, have any of you al done this? Themed type shirts? If so, what did you do and where did you get them done? Thanks!

Head over to the Just for Fun section of the boards and go into Creative DisSigns the people there do all sorts of designs for T-shirts among other things, they will have some good suggestions. Many of them will also personalise some of their designs for your family.

They really are amazing and worth checking out.

Try the Creative DISigns board under the Just For Fun section. There are so many creative, thoughtful designers that are more than willing to help you. I am not crafty nor am I very good with the computer but I was able to make our shirts for our trip. If you see a design that you like, just copy and paste. Print out on iron-on transfer paper and you are done. I got my shirts at Michael's, watch for sales. Many designers will personalize their designs, if you need it. Some helpful hints I got was to be sure that you have a new ink cartridge when printing out designs and wash your shirt before but do not use fabric softner when drying or the transfer may not work. Be careful, it is addictive.

You were right, it is TOTALLY addicting over there. And I've done the same thing. I've got some personalized, some general, but we're going to have matching shirts for all 5 days we're at WDW.

I know it! DH wants to mess around with designing it himself.. GRR I want an excuse to go to the Disign boards!

I think maybe I will go ahead and make up a shirt or two for during the trip, he can have the "Disney Surprise" ones and I will go nuts!
