I remember having only the beach to swim at ! I don't recall diving boards and once we hit the teens we were off pool hopping and chasing girls. Once the pool was put we pool hoped but would get asked for our resort I.D. And they would politely ask us to use our own pool! I also remember them banning us from FW water but we could swim in it at GF foe a couple of years!
