1900 PF dinner question

Hi, I saw a thread a while ago about Cinderella and Prince Charming not going around the room anymore. You just meet them on your way out? Is that still happening or was it just a trial?

The dinner characters are Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, and the Stepsisters. Sometimes the mice, Suzy and Perla, can be substitutes.

We were there mid december and Cinderella and Prince Charming are in a separate room and you see them after dinner for a picture. They have the photopass person there.

when we were there in November, they did the same thing with Mad Hatter @ breakfast. Really disliked it.

Hmm, thankyou! Maybe not just a trial then, maybe permanent? Do Prince Charming and Cinderella not come into the restaurant for a dance now?

I'm quite torn - I like the idea of having a photo with Cinderella and Prince Charming together, but some of the best character interaction we have had there involved the step sisters reaction to them dancing!

I am torn too. I like the photo together with the Photopass option so everyone can be in the pic, but then who goes around the room? jUst the stepsisters and mom? Ehhhh not sure about that.

Yes, I think it is just the step sisters and Lady Tremaine that go round the room now. Maybe they can get more diners through the restaurant quicker as you would no longer be waiting to see 5 characters, only 3 now.

Sounds like a move to BOG style with The Beast. I just hope they don't then start saying 'if they are here tonight' like they do with The Beast.

Yes Paula, that is a concern. But I guess they always have themselves covered as characters are "subject to change"!

We visited the week of new years. That night Cinderella was there and circulating but Prince Charming was not there at all. It was fine by us, we visit to see the step-family especially since Lady Tremaine is no longer at the Magic Kingdom.

My DD would be devastated if Prince Charming wasn't there!!

That's true! We are going to make an ADR for this anyway. Haven't been before so it'll be new to us anyway. I hope DD gets Prince Charming. I have to say even at 45 I was totally enchanted by Cindrella and Prince Charming dancing at GF in the afternoons in the hotel lobby. Hey that ones for free!
