We are thinking of 1900 Park Fare on our arrival night. Opinions for a family with littles 5 and 2? How is the food? I just took ODD to see Cinderella and her only opinion of the stepsisters is "they are so rude!" :) Would this be a fun start to our trip?

We love 1900 Park Fare. The step sisters are so funny. Our kids are older now and we still love it. We try to go every other trip - although we just went and we are going again.

1900 Park Fare is a favorite of ours. The characters are wonderful, as is the food. It is a buffet, and the adults and kids can choose anything they want--nothing is strictly for kids or for adults. If your little ones like the roast and you like chicken nuggets, that's okay.
And the desserts are ample and GOOD!!

Agree with PP's. :goodvibes 1900 Park Fare dinner is a must do:-) The stepsisters and Lady Tremaine are among the best acting 'face characters' we've experienced. :thumbsup2They get into their roles - be prepared to laugh! :rotfl:Also, we love the food, especially the strawberry soup. Teen DD's still love going here. Oldest DD loves the variety of seafood offered while youngest DD appreciates the food available for 'picky eaters':-)
Have fun!

Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago. Food was just OK, nothing great, but nothing bad either. The step-sisters were a hoot! the kids will get a kick out of them. If I was to tell you yes or no, I would say yes. Hope that helps!

I will say that I personally did not care for the dinner buffet at all at 1900 Park Fare... But then again, I really find very few buffets really worth the time for me to sit down and attempt to consume. I'm just not a quantity over quality type of diner. But hey, that's just me and someone else may think that 1900 Park Fare is the greatest thing since they figured out how to put cream into a Twinkie. However, the character experience is far superior than what is slapped on the buffet tables. The step sisters are hilarious, and you never know, your little princess(s) may be fortunate enough to have a dance with Prince Charming.

We didn't care for the food, but the character interaction was great. The step sisters were hilarious and are worth the trip, IMO.

We just did this on our trip last week. Loved the food and the characters and thought it was the perfect way to start our trip. My son is now engaged to a stepsister ;)

We are planning on it for arrival night for our trip! I can't wait! We saw the tremaines in the park last time and they were hysterical. I'm more interested In the experience than the food.... There's always another meal to eat but not many with Prince Charming!!

We are eating here on my granddaughters 3rd birthday so I am hoping she gets a dance with Prince Charming! We were there on our last visit and loved it!!

It is a favorite of ours. Your daughters would love interacting with the step sisters. With a buffet there will be something everyone will eat.

I have been looking at the menus of the sit down restaurants where DH wants to eat and there was nothing that I would eat.

I went there for my birthday too , certainly not 3 years old though LOL. They were great. I got a HUGE cupcake with a candle and a plastic souvenir placemat. I was so surprised and thrilled. Happy birthday to your GDP. Enjoy. pixiedust:

Love the review. We booked our second night during our April trip! Looking forward to it now.

PF was our favourite meal all trip!! Even my DH (not a fan of most WDW food) liked the buffet. My boys (the one getting hugged is usually not a face character fan!) loved the character interaction. One DS told Anastasia that he could *not* marry her because he hated lipstick kisses - she then gave both DS kisses on the cheek. It was priceless!

I am ordering her a cake. A bit pricey but hey...how often do you turn 3 at Disney World??

Such a fun experience!!! Me and my grandma has so much fun as two adults. When we were there we saw a lot of younger kids and they were having a lot of fun!

We only do buffets if it's for breakfast, but 1900 Park Fare was my favorite. The character interaction is the best, the restaurant is the nicest and cleanest and the food (at breakfast) was better than all the others.

I always assume that people aren't looking for amazing out of this world food for a buffet, so I base it on the characters, and I think it's great! We had so much fun. And I ate WAY too much of the banana foster bread pudding so that must have been good too!
