Being a character dinner would it be a good place for me and my hubby??

We enjoyed it when we went (2/06). Nice choices of food. Characters very friendly. I would do it with adults only. Just know that the tables are a little close.

When we went in 2005 it was the best breakfast we had not the usual breakfast items. Some of the threads speak poorly of the dinner though. But it is the only breakfast we rebooked this trip.

1900 park fare is a wonderful resturant. It is a buffet resturant so everyone can just go up there and get whatever they want. the characters are winnie the pooh and friends. I'm not quite sure if your kids will like that as much as Mickey and friends, but the last time I was there I was ten, but I wasn't counting on what the characters were. I was just counting on how fun it was and the really GREAT FOOD they have there.

Actually, I believe the characters are Cinderella, Prince Charming, Stepmother & Stepsisters. Pooh & Friends is in Crystal Palace in MK. I'm also interested in hearing about recent dinner reviews since we're going in January

You can check the menu out on allears.net. We went ther for dinner in May and all enjoyed it. We were at MK and took the baot over and the monorail back. The quality food was very good with wide variety of choices. he tables are very close together i guess so that the characters can move right through the middle. Enjoy your trip!

We've eaten there for dinner and enjoyed it very much. The food was good, and our DD loved the characters. The characters are from Cinderella.

It was crowded and loud, but that was to be expected.

we went for dinner and found the food to be unremerkable....it was your basic Old COuntry Buffet type food...not bad....but not special.

Just so you all know, the menu at Park Fare has changed recently. The restaurant was renovated in September and the menu changed with it. I believe the menu on allears.net is wrong. The famous strawberry soup is still there, but the great items like seafood alfredo and mushroom ravioli are gone. I didn't get any complaints about the dinner menu though. Pork and prime rib are still the main meat dishes, but there's chicken carbonera, a bunch of salads, etc. And the kids menu pretty much stayed the same.

I'm a seasonal cast member and just worked a few days at Park Fare. The characters are Cinderella, Prince Charming, the stepsisters, and the stepmother. The addition of the stepsisters has proven to be a BIG HIT! The dinner is now more of a show with the addition of the royal waltz and a special birthday celebration every hour.

I know when 1900 Park Fare was being renovated, it was "temporarily moved"...is it back in it's original place? We have reservations there on Thanksgiving...CAN'T WAIT!

We just got back today and this dinner was by far the worst one that we had over the two weeks that we were there!! I didn't like the food, although DH liked it ok. The biggest problem was that we were totally rushed and as a result we felt that we were unable to relax and enjoy it. It was our DD's 10th birthday dinner and I really regretted booking this meal! We won't be goin back for dinner.

However the following week we went for the breakfast and just loved that. It was far more relaxed and we had a lot of fun!
